MY CHOICE RECOVERY is about self-empowerment over addiction. This program is designed to help you find long-term wellness and recovery. The focus of this program is to help you not only work on the symptoms you have now, but to get to the source of your addiction. In this group we examine thoughts, feelings and behavior patterns which help to support your addictive behaviors.
The goals of "My Choice Recovery" are to:
"My Choice Recovery"believes that each individual is responsible for their own path to recovery. Many people find that 12-step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA) offer them the support they need. Even through "My Choice Recovery" has a different approach than AA and NA, we do not suggest excluding their valuable resources to our members. We stress that any program that helps you in your journey to recovery is a valid one, and support members who attend both groups.

- Decrease or stop behaviors you are addicted to.
- Teach healthy coping skills.
- Discusses the causes behind your addictions and promote healing where it matters most: at the source.
- Teach positive interpersonal self-awareness, and communication skills to help you improve your relationships and have long-term emotional growth.
- Give you hands on, easy-to-do exercises and activities that will guide you toward a life you value.
